FACADE DESIGN COLOUR SCHEME
Project Description:
I was tasked with developing conceptual studies for new and refined façade options, presenting them through layered diagrams to illustrate the design progression. The studies explored how an initial, basic façade strategy evolved into a design that reflects the overarching concept of integrating the site context with adjacent buildings.
Based on the feedback received, I developed new colour scheme options and refined the façade articulation by adjusting the interweaving pattern from a two-storey to a single-storey expression. I also produced façade references that clearly communicate the design intent, selected colours, and close-up details to assess fin provisions and façade elements.

FACADE DESIGN PERSPECTIVES
Project Description:
During my internship at Surbana Jurong, I was involved in creating façade design perspectives for a new HDB residential estate at Toa Payoh (N1C26). Using SketchUp, I updated the façades according to the approved colour schemes and produced rendered perspectives with Enscape for design presentation purposes.​

MSCP FACADE DESIGN
COMMUNITY LIVING ROOM
Project Description:
I was tasked with creating a community living room layout for a 2-room pair located beneath a rental block. Using AutoCAD, I planned the spatial layout to ensure a minimum 1.5 m-wide corridor for comfortable public circulation.
In addition, I ensured that sufficient furniture was provided based on the area requirements of the 4-room pair, while maintaining adequate clearances for wheelchair accessibility. Wayfinding was also incorporated through floor finishes, including a painted guidance strip that directs users towards the lift lobby.

INTERIOR & EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVES
Project Description:
I was tasked with updating the site model for the TMP N2C24 project, including internal roads, unsheltered footpaths, AFS, EFS, and the PG, applying the proposed colour scheme prior to placing the final building models onto the site.
In addition, I created organised scenes within the SketchUp file to showcase interior perspectives of the PG, AFS, and EFS, as well as exterior perspectives of the residential blocks and MSCP.
